Our core mission is your privacy. We do not store the documents you analyze. All document processing is performed transiently using secure AI models. Once the analysis is complete and the response is sent to your device, the document content is not retained on our servers.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect limited information:

• Account Information: We collect your name and email address when you sign in with Google or an email code. If you create an account with an email code, we also collect the phone number and country you provide. We use this information to create and manage your account.
• Device Identifiers: The app sends your Android ID, an app installation ID, and basic device details (brand, model and Android version) to our backend. We use these to authenticate requests, prevent duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups, enforce usage limits, and understand how app features are used.
• Subscription Data: We process transaction details through Google Play Billing to manage your access to premium features.
• Usage Metadata: We track basic usage statistics (e.g., number of scans performed) to manage quotas and improve the service. This does not include document content.

3. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. We implement rigorous security measures to protect your account information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services: For authentication and billing.
• Supabase: For account management and backend processing.
• Google Gemini: For AI-powered document analysis (transient processing only).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information at any time within the app or by contacting our support team.
